Jnanasukha, Inc., a Hawai‘i nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under §501(c)(3), is governed by directors Lama Dechen Yeshe Wangmo, Lauren Phillips, Tashi Many, and Ryan Hunt. Jnanasukha, LLC is a Nevada single-member limited liability company, with Lama Dechen Yeshe Wangmo as its sole member.
